Dr. Larina Gutenberg, DO
Dr. Gutenberg, a board-certified pain management specialist, is a founder of SA Pain Clinic in San Antonio, Texas. Using the most advanced and state-of-the-art methods available, SA Pain Clinic offers an incredibly wide array of treatment options, including pharmaceutical pain management and interventional procedures, all under one roof. The pain management doctors at San Antonio Pain Clinic have expertise in treating both simple and complicated pain issues, thereby eliminating the need for patients to visit multiple specialists in order to receive customized care.
In 2004, Dr. Gutenberg earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine – Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She then went on to complete her residency in anesthesiology and her fellowship in pain medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in 2008 and 2009, respectively. Among her most impressive achievements, she is board-certified in anesthesiology by the American Board of Anesthesiology, whose mission is to advance the highest standards of the practice of anesthesiology. She is also board-certified in pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology, whose mission is to improve the quality of pain medicine.

Dr. Adam Fish, DO
Dr Fish is a fellowship trained interventional pain management physician, double board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and American Board of pain management. He specializes in all different aspects of pain including headache, neck pain, neuropathic pain, post-surgical pain and chronic low back pain and Sciatica. Dr. Fish firmly believes in treating the entire person and promotes the interconnected healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
He completed his Anesthesiology residency at the University of New Mexico (the only level 1 trauma center within a 500 square mile radius.) He stayed at UNM for his Pain fellowship where he learned the latest, innovative minimally invasive techniques to treat patients with Chronic Pain.
A dedicated husband and father of 5, Dr. Fish has a passion to serve his community and provide the highest level of care for his patients in San Antonio. When meeting him you will notice that Faith, Compassion, and Integrity permeate everything he does.
